An experienced technology executive with proven success and strong global business development experience within the Internet of Things and Industrie 4.0 market sectors. Fred has successfully launched world-class Industrial IoT software and cloud-based IoT service platforms targeting customers from small innovator companies up to and including Fortune 500 corporate customers.


Prior to IoT-Launch, Fred has served as President of Telit IoT Platforms, CEO of ILS Technology, VP and General Manager of RadiSys Corp - Industrial and Telecom divisions, as well several leadership positions with IBM’s Manufacturing System Products Division, IBM PC Company, and IBM System Products Division.

An experienced technology development and engineering executive with proven success in the Internet of Things and Industrie 4.0 market sectors.  Jim has experience delivering solutions for many industries such as factory automation, telematics, healthcare, smart metering, condition-based monitoring, device management, and many more.


Prior to IoT-Launch, Jim served as  CTO of Telit, a leading provider of IoT hardware, software, and services.  As Vice President of R&D at Telit, Jim designed and built the award winning deviceWISE Industrial IoT Gateway software and the Telit IoT Platform. 


Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Purdue University.

An experienced executive who has led and advised organizations in the area of strategic marketing, growth, digital media,  market research, and international policy.  His work has taken him around the world advising senior executives of high-tech companies, negotiating with government ministries, launching products, organizing events, and conducting research.


​John served as COO of the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat. Prior to CTBUH, John held senior executive roles at Telecommunication Industry Association, helping to expand and measure member value, creating new services, launching a digital TV studio, and developing and implementing strategic plans.


John began his career with Harris/Lanier Corporation, then moved on to leadership roles at MCI/Verizon, before accepting his post within the United Nations system at the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) based in Geneva, Switzerland.

A highly accomplished global executive leader focused on bringing IoT connected products to market.  Specializes in Digital Product Development connecting physical products to digital solutions yielding measurable results and long-term process enhancements. She brings innovative Design Thinking principles, Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Software Development and Cyber Security expertise to traditional Product Development Lifecycle Management. 


As Senior IIoT Digital New Product Introduction Manager at Caterpillar, Inc, she led multiple cross functional teams in the development of IoT solutions that monitor the health and use predictive analytic to predict failures minimizing unplanned down time. She was accountable for the entire life cycle of the product from Strategy Development discovering Customer and Market Insights, Go to Market Strategies, implementing Product Support Structures that included data privacy and security policies and practices, system infrastructure and Solution Development. 


Shannon holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science where she wrote her Thesis on “A Study of Machine Learning Algorithms”.

An accomplished industrial and manufacturing executive responsible for over 500 associates and contractors located in seven U.S. states, Canada and Mexico. As Division Manager for Honda North American  Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Quality Systems, Jay managed  a $140M budget consisting of operational support, project expense and capital investment and was responsible for all North American Regional MES, Maintenance, Enterprise Asset Management & AI Systems  

While serving as IT Manager of Honda Alabama, Jay was responsible the oversight of the Production Line Control System, Maximo, ActivPlant, PBX and all other IT systems. 


Prior to Honda, Jay was the Technical Division manager for Lighting & Lam  where he was responsible for all IT Systems, Residential Lighting Control  & Home Automation


Jay is a sought-after speaker on the topic of Plant Floor Innovation and was featured in Automotive News Magazine on Plant Floor Innovation and is a Defense Language Institute Graduate in Russian & German and holds a Top-Secret Security Clearance from Department of Defense.
