An experienced technology executive with proven success and strong global business development experience within the Internet of Things and Industrie 4.0 market sectors. Fred has successfully launched world-class Industrial IoT software and cloud-based IoT service platforms targeting customers from small innovator companies up to and including Fortune 500 corporate customers.

Prior to IoT-Launch, Fred has served as President of Telit IoT Platforms, CEO of ILS Technology, VP and General Manager of RadiSys Corp - Industrial and Telecom divisions, as well several leadership positions with IBM’s Manufacturing System Products Division, IBM PC Company, and IBM System Products Division.

Fred currently sits as a member of the Florida Atlantic Research and Development Authority Board as well as Chair of the IoT M2M Council Event Committee.  In addition, Fred has served for more than an decade on the Board of Directors of the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA),  Member of the Board of Trustees for the National Science and Technology Education Program (NSTEP), Chairman of the Industry Advisor to Florida Atlantic University College of Engineering, and  Chairman of the Multi Media and Telecommunications Association (MMTA) where he was awarded the Thomas Carter Award in 2000.     

Fred holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, a Master of Business Administration, Telecommunications Minor from the University of Miami, and a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems  from the University of Miami.

Prior to IoT-Launch, Jim served as  CTO of Telit, a leading provider of IoT hardware, software, and services.  As Vice President of R&D at Telit, Jim designed and built the award winning deviceWISE Industrial IoT Gateway software and the Telit IoT Platform. 

Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Purdue University.

Lubna’s empathic nature and holistic approach to problem solving, together with her multicultural expertise and stakeholder centricity, underpin her ability to achieve cross-sectoral collaborations that fuel entrepreneurial grassroots movements, policy and change.  Currently serving as Advisory Board member, evaluator, and coach to the Horizon 2020 Next Generation interne Trust, mentor to several accelerators including SOS Ventures and Springboard Enterprises, and is a trusted strategic advisor to tech innovators, non-profits and social entrepreneurs. 

Lubna holds a BBA, Information System Analysis and Design from Baruch College, as well as advanced studies from Turku University of Applied Sciences - Finland and Interactive Telecommunications studies from New York University.   

  An experienced executive who has led and advised organizations in the area of strategic marketing, growth, digital media,  market research, and international policy.  His work has taken him around the world advising senior executives of high-tech companies, negotiating with government ministries, launching products, organizing events, and conducting research.

​John served as COO of the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat. Prior to CTBUH, John held senior executive roles at Telecommunication Industry Association, helping to expand and measure member value, creating new services, launching a digital TV studio, and developing and implementing strategic plans.

John began his career with Harris/Lanier Corporation, then moved on to leadership roles at MCI/Verizon, before accepting his post within the United Nations system at the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) based in Geneva, Switzerland.

Senior and accomplished business leader with domain expertise and track record in telecommunications, software development and Internet of Things, specializing in Smart City platforms and applications. Experience leading product development and management in corporate and entrepreneurial environments.

As Head of Mobile Solutions at Olcsan he led the development of Smart City Platform and Applications, in particular a Smart Street Lighting system using LPWAN technologies such as LoRa and NB-IoT.  Murat was in charge of the ICT leg of a European Commission funded Smart Cities and Communities project in 3 European cities with a total budget of 23.5M Euros.  He has also overseen the development and integration of Mobile Biometry solutions for mobile banking apps.

Prior to Olcsan, Murat was leading large scale cross company projects within the Turkish Telekom Group’s mobile and ISP businesses, such as MVNO, FMC, VAS fields. Coming from the telecommunications vendor and software development background he has vast experience in leading product development and management in fast-paced entrepreneurial environments.  He has also founded several businesses bringing his entrepreneurial leadership skills to the market.

Murat holds MSc in EE and MBA degrees from Columbia University.  Being multi-lingual (English, German, Turkish) Murat possesses broad international experience.

  Stan Gwin brings over 30 years of IT leadership experience with a track record for leading teams to drive enterprise growth, digital transformation, and large-scale operational efficiency across multiple organizations simultaneously.  

Recently, his team contributed to achieving over $4.5 billion in annual revenue and over $50 million in savings.  He expertly manages conflict, drives change, and builds cross-functional teams to support hypergrowth and acquisitions. With deep expertise in managing complex enterprise technology ecosystems – spanning infrastructure, ERP, HRIS, e-commerce platforms, and integrated systems .

Stan has also managed IT operations across a diverse set of affiliated companies generating up to $1B in annual revenue, including those in construction, oilfield services, equipment rentals, chemical manufacturing, hospitality, and automotive. His collaborative leadership style, combined with his deep technical expertise, enables him to effectively engage with executive teams and store management to drive innovation and optimize IT investments.

An accomplished industrial and manufacturing executive responsible for over 500 associates and contractors located in seven U.S. states, Canada and Mexico. As Division Manager for Honda North American  Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Quality Systems, Jay managed  a $140M budget consisting of operational support, project expense and capital investment and was responsible for all North American Regional MES, Maintenance, Enterprise Asset Management & AI Systems  

While serving as IT Manager of Honda Alabama, Jay was responsible the oversight of the Production Line Control System, Maximo, ActivPlant, PBX and all other IT systems. 

Prior to Honda, Jay was the Technical Division manager for Lighting & Lam  where he was responsible for all IT Systems, Residential Lighting Control  & Home Automation

Jay is a sought-after speaker on the topic of Plant Floor Innovation and was featured in Automotive News Magazine on Plant Floor Innovation and is a Defense Language Institute Graduate in Russian & German and holds a Top-Secret Security Clearance from Department of Defense.
